Our Beautiful Texas Hill Country...
We really enjoyed our visit with our dearest friends this past weekend. They get to enjoy this beauty every day just by walking outside...
What you'll find here is something close to a spiritual journal. A place where I record some thoughts, contemplations, observations & the like. I'm glad you're here, it gives some extra purpose to my keystrokes. I'd say the main purpose, however, is most often to work out a thought that's rolling around in my mind. I'm humbled & amazed at how God uses this process to speak to my heart.
Who am I? First & foremost - a child of God. My desire is to live a life in relationship with Him - giving my life over daily to His leading. I would be less than honest if I said that was easy. I frequently (daily, hourly... minute-ly??) get sidetracked by "my stuff". But the great irony is, that in giving up my will for His, I find contentment like nothing I can obtain on my own.
While on this journey, I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. These titles represent the most precious gifts in my life.
